Fireball Wizard, PID Games' 2D pixel-art platformer, is coming to mobile on June 20th
PID Games has announced the official release date for Fireball Wizard, letting players get their hands on the pixel-art platformer on June 20th. Coming to both iOS and Android, the retro title welcomes players into the enhanced world of Wizardonia, where they'll have to hurl fireballs against malevolent forces and dangerous beasts while discovering hidden secrets along the way.
In Fireball Wizard, players will explore everything from castles to caves while solving puzzles as well. They can upgrade their equipment and boost their skills as they progress through the levels, all presented in good ol' pixel-art visuals that will bring back all the nostalgia of arcade games for fans of old-school gaming.
There are 4 worlds to discover and more than 40 levels to beat, with epic big bosses that need to be taken down for the ultimate bragging rights. Players will also be able to unlock cool costumes to spruce up their character with, because launching fireballs at monsters should also mean you get to look cool while doing it.
If you're keen on joining in on all the fun, you can do so by downloading Fireball Wizard on the iOS App Store and on the Google Play Store for Android devices. It's a free-to-play game with in-app purchases, which is also available on Steam.
