Teemo is the next Wild Rift hero we're going to tackle, and he is by far one of the most beloved and hated (at the same time) champions in Runeterra.

This little Yordle has a fairly simple kit, but the Devil hides in plain sight, right? And that's exactly the case for this guy - and he even has a skin based on that (Little Devil Teemo)!

He can inflict powerful damage over time (DoT), slow and blind the opponents, and to top it all off, he's also very swift. Although he's not a tanky champion, he is played in the top lane as a counter to typical fighters like Garen and Darius.

Guerrilla Warfare (Passive)

If Teemo stands still and takes no actions for a short duration, he becomes Invisible indefinitely. If he's in brush, Teemo can enter and maintain his Invisibility while moving. After leaving Invisibility, Teemo gains the Element of Surprise, increasing his Attack Speed for 3 seconds.

Blinding Dart (Skill 1)

Obscures an enemy's vision with a powerful venom, dealing damage to the target unit and blinding it for the duration.

Move Quick (Skill 2)

Teemo scampers around, passively increasing his Movement Speed until he is struck by an enemy champion or turret. Teemo can sprint to gain bonus Movement Speed that isn't stopped by being struck for a short time.

Toxic Shot (Skill 3)

Each of Teemo's attacks will poison the target, dealing damage on impact and each second after for 4 seconds.

Noxious Trap (Skill 4 / Ultimate)

Teemo throws an explosive poisonous trap using one of the mushrooms stored in his pack. If an enemy steps on the trap, it will release a poisonous cloud, slowing enemies and damaging them over time. If Teemo throws a mushroom onto another mushroom it will bounce, gaining additional range.

How to combo as Teemo in Wild Rift

Teemo is a fairly easy-to-play champion, and he has no specific combos that you will have to pull off. The one thing that comes anywhere close to a combo is the fact that his Skill 1 resets his auto-attacks, which also apply poison (which is proc'd by his Skill 3). Nothing too crazy to pull off, I'd say.

However, you want to make the most out of the other two major elements in his kit: invisibility and mushrooms.

Invisibility

Teemo's passive allows him to go invisible after standing still for a few seconds. However, if he is in a brush, he will be able to move freely in that brush while being invisible. That allows for powerful surprise attacks on otherwise unexpecting enemies. As Omega Squad Teemo would say, Become one with the jungle!

Mushrooms everywhere!

Teemo can bounce his mushrooms (Skill 4) if he casts it against another mushroom, sending it further away. He can basically place them everywhere around the map, granting him vision every time an opponent steps on it. His mushrooms can act as "wards", but they will also do plenty of damage.

In what order to level up the skills?

For Teemo, it pretty much depends on the matchup, but generally, you want to level up the skills in the following order:

Level 1: Skill 1
Level 2: Skill 3
Level 3: Skill 2
Level 4: Skill 1
Level 5: Skill 4
Level 6: Skill 1
Level 7: Skill 1

Keep leveling Skill 1 until it's maxed, then focus on Skill 3, and lastly on Skill 2. Don't forget to keep adding one point to your Skill 4 (ultimate) whenever possible.

The best summoner spells for Teemo:

Ignite: Ignites target enemy champion, dealing 60-410 true damage (based on level) over 5 seconds and inflicting them with Grievous Wounds. (Grievous Wounds reduces healing effects by 50%).

Flash: Teleport a short distance forward or towards the aimed direction.
