Level Infinite reveals more about Tower of Fantasy's v2.2 Mirafleur Moonshade ahead of launch
Last week, Level Infinite and Hotta Studio gave everyone the first look at Tower of Fantasy’s upcoming version 2.2 – Mirafleur Moonshade, which is set to launch on December 22nd. We saw that it introduces areas in Mirroria and a simulacrum. Today, the devs have released some more information about the update as we gear up for launch.
Mirafleur Moonshade is expanding Tower of Fantasy’s cyberpunk city of Mirroria with the introduction of new areas. Some of these places include Mirramoon Street, Treasured Garden, Aquaria Palace, Coolyland and an uber-cool Entertainment Centre where wanderers can host racing competitions and go bowling.
Interiors are also being updated to increase their interactivity. To add to all the activities available at the Entertainment Centre, the Livehouse will open up the dance floor to vibe to some great music. Additionally, players will also get the opportunity to put their quests aside and just have a blast as they go on roller coasters and Ferris wheels, solve riddles, and earn a tonne of rewards.
In the previous post, we explored the upcoming simulacrum Tian Lang. But it turns out he’s not the only one and Lyra will also be joining Tower of Fantasy in the version 2.2 update. Lyra is Ms. Maidelin’s successor with a mature and cold persona. She has a cybernetic arm called Vesper, which she uses to deal immense damage, while also healing her in the process.
Since the holiday season is also upon us, expect to find a lot of Christmas and New Year events within the game. Players will be handsomely rewarded with Dark Crystals, Red Nucleus, themed skins, and more. Come 2023, new gameplay changes shall be added as well, such as the Void Abyss.
